ReplyThank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the wristbands. Before production, we sent you two design previews: the second one was adjusted so the text would stand out better, but you approved the first version by email. As you stressed several times that the delivery was extremely urgent, your order went into same-day production and was printed as approved. When you later asked for a change, the wristbands had already been printed, and you confirmed that we could leave them as they were. Your wristbands were shipped the same day and delivered to you the next day, fully meeting the urgent deadline you requested. For future orders, we will gladly help you optimise your design before printing.
